Order tracking and delivery

Track my order

You can follow the delivery of your order on our website, “You and Us” section, then click on “ Track my order ”.

You will then need to enter the email address with which you placed your order and your postal code to access tracking.

You can also click on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email for your order.

Delivery fees

We are pleased to offer you delivery of your order from 150€ of purchase for delivery in France and 200€ for delivery in Europe, Switzerland and the French Overseas Territories. These costs amount to €30 for the rest of the world.


For any order less than €150, the delivery costs to France are:

  • €4.50 for delivery to a Colissimo relay or Mondial Relay relay point,
  • €7 for Colissimo home delivery,
  • €9 for Chronopost delivery D+1 working day to your home if your order was placed before midday. An order placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be sent on Monday afternoon for delivery the next day.

Delivery costs are 12€ for delivery in Europe 1&2 (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, UK, Monaco), 13€ for Switzerland, 15€ for rest of Europe, €18 for the French Overseas Territories and €30 for the rest of the world.


Delivery costs by Chronopost D+1 working day at home to France are free from 250€ of purchase (excluding the launch period).

My order is indicated as delivered even though I have not received it

We are sincerely sorry that you have not received your order.

We recommend that you ask your neighbors or go to the post office nearest to you. Indeed, if you are absent, the postman may have left your package there. In addition, it happens that your package is noted as delivered but in reality the postman does not drop it off until the next day.

We therefore advise you to wait 24 hours. If, after this period, you still have not received your package, contact us at help@lescocottespimptonstyle.com or via our contact form . We will do our best to help you.

My order is incomplete

If your package has not yet been prepared we may change your delivery address.
