Return a product that does not suit me

You have 14 days following receipt of your order to return any items that do not suit you.

They must be returned labeled, in their original packaging and must have no visible signs of wear or use.


We invite you to declare your return on our dedicated portal: returns.lescocottespimptonstyle.fr
You will need your order number and the email address you placed it with.

Once the procedure has been validated, you will receive a return slip to attach to your package.

For orders in mainland France, a prepaid return label will be sent to you. A flat rate of €5.90, linked to the postage of this return, will be deducted from your refund.

For orders outside mainland France, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package will be sent to the address on the return slip. Please note, in the case of a return due to defect, you will receive a prepaid return label to send us your package.

You can return your items to us in the same packaging in which you received them.

Once your return is ready, drop it off at the post office. Keep the proof of deposit until your refund is effective. This will be processed upon receipt and checked by our teams within 7 working days. The refund will be made to the same means of payment as that used to pay for the order.

Consolidate my returns

You can combine returns from different orders into a single package by reusing the original packaging that was used for your delivery.

Please be sure to insert the return slips for the various orders inside your package to facilitate the identification of your returns (and their reimbursement 😉).

Add or delete items to return once my voucher has been edited

Once your return slip has been issued, you will no longer be able to add or remove items to return to us.

Return a defective product

Despite all the attention we pay to the quality of our products, it may happen that a defect is present. We are sorry.

We invite you to make your return request on our dedicated portal: returns.lescocottespimptonstyle.fr .

You will need your order number and the email address you placed it with. It is important to select “Defective or non-compliant item” as the reason for return.

Once the procedure has been validated, you will receive a return slip to attach to your package and a prepaid shipping slip to return it to us.

You can return your item in the same packaging in which you received it.

Once your return is ready, drop it off at the post office. Keep the proof of deposit until your return is processed by our teams.

If your item is still available, we will offer you an exchange. Otherwise, we will refund your item upon receipt and inspection of your package.

My back in stock alerts

Be informed of a possible restocking by subscribing to our dedicated alerts.

To do this, go to the product page of our website. Then, select the color and size you want and click on “be notified of a restocking!” ".

You will receive an email as soon as this product is back in stock.

Be careful though, you can receive alerts for both a customer return and a larger restocking. Also, you should preferably be quick when receiving this email so as not to miss the part 😉

Reimbursement period

Once your return package has been received and checked by our teams, we will reimburse you within 3 to 5 working days. An email will be sent to you as soon as this has been completed.

Your refund will appear in your bank account within 10 business days maximum. If you have a deferred debit card, your reimbursement may appear in your outstanding amounts.

In the case of payment in several installments via our partner Alma, the amount of your reimbursement will be deducted from your next due dates. If all your due dates have been paid or if the amount to be repaid to you is greater than your next due dates, the amount will then be directly credited to your bank account.
