When will the amount of my order be debited?

The amount of your order will be debited as soon as it is validated on our site. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

Register my bank card

Several solutions are available to you to make your purchases quickly.

1. Register your bank details with our partner JUST

First, log in to your account via our website . If you wish to purchase a single item, go to the relevant page, select the desired color and size then click on “Buy in 1-click”.

If you wish to purchase several items, add them to your basket then click on “Buy in 1-click”.

Then complete your information. They will be remembered for your next purchase so you will only have to do this step once!

2. Pay for your purchases with ApplePay

Simply click on the ApplePay icon at the bottom of your cart to check out.

Be careful though, because the order will be linked to your ApplePay identifier and not to your email address usually used to connect to your Cocottes account (if of course these addresses are different). Your order may not appear in your customer account. You can contact us so that we can link your recent order to your usual customer account.

3. Save your bank card on your browser

Pay for my order in installments

Payment in several installments is possible from 150€ of purchase, via our partner Alma. You have the choice between the following three options:

- 2 times free of charge

- 3 times free of charge

- 4 times with fees (1.2%)

Payment via Alma is available for the following countries: France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland.

In the event of a return on your part of one or more products in your order, the reimbursement will reduce the amount of your next installments. If the amount to be reimbursed is greater than your next due dates, the difference will be credited to your bank account.

My payment was declined
