Customer service manager (M/F) - 6 months

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main missions will be:

Customer service :

  • Ensure the proper daily management of customer service via our Gorgias ticketing software
  • Respond to emails within a given time (<4 hours)
  • Ensure the proper tracking of orders by ensuring the link with our
    logistics partner;
  • Ensure the management and updating of monitoring tools, be a force for proposals
    regarding their improvement
  • Know how to adapt the proposed solution to the difficulties encountered and the customer profile

Product returns:

  • Ensure daily management of returns via the dedicated portal
  • Proceed with refunds for orders received

Inventory management :

  • Ensure bi-weekly stock updates on our site between
    our logistics partner (physical stocks) and our Back-office (shop
    Shopify), taking into account after-sales service monitoring tools (stock reservation)

With a BAC+2 business school type profile, you have brand & customer sensitivity and are comfortable with written expression.

You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, capable of diplomacy, and are focused on customer satisfaction. You have a sense of service and take
initiatives easily. You are autonomous.

You have a strong interest in team spirit, aware of the importance of the collective.
