Delivery and Returns

In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the products ordered are delivered within the deadlines indicated on the Site and upon confirmation of the order, and within a maximum legal period of 30 working days from the order (generally 3 to 6 working days). The deadlines indicated on the Site and when confirming the order are for information purposes only and correspond to the average processing and delivery time of the package.

LES COCOTTES PIMP TON STYLE cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. In all cases, if the package is returned to the sender, a second delivery will be made at the Customer's expense.


If the package is returned to the sender again, it will no longer be returned to the Customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery costs, will remain with LES COCOTTES PIMP TON STYLE.


No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's register being taken as proof. In the event that the package is damaged on delivery, the Customer must check in the presence of the carrier the condition of the products in their order and indicate precisely on the carrier's delivery note any reservations in the event of a missing or damaged item.

However, during busy periods such as Christmas, LES COCOTTES PIMP TON STYLE reserves the right to extend the shipping time.

During busy periods or collection launches, lead times may be slightly extended. LES COCOTTES PIMP TON STYLE remains the sole decision-maker regarding the choice of mode of transport. Each package benefits from tracking and its number regardless of the shipping method.

The buyer is required to check in the presence of the Post Office employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery (or 10 days from receipt to protest to the delivery service ). In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

It is specified that any change of delivery address made by the Customer after registration of the order may result in an extension of the delivery time.


In the event of a possible address error or lack of information, when registering the order on www.lescocottespimptonstyle.com , the delivery service provider reserves the right to return the package to the sender.


In this case, LES COCOTTES PIMP TON STYLE refunds the order and the customer is free to place a new order.

LES COCOTTES PIMP TON STYLE and the carriers being distinct and independent entities, LES COCOTTES PIMP TON STYLE cannot be held responsible for a delay or error in delivery or loss of package caused by a third party to the contract or by your doing or due to an unpredictable and insurmountable cause constituting a case of force majeure. If a package is not received within the indicated time frame, an investigation is carried out with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, no refunds or returns can be made.

In the event that the package is not collected within the allotted time, the return will be processed and the shipping costs will be deducted. If shipping costs were offered in the order, the shipping cost amount will be deducted from the refund.

All charges for clearance duties, customs duties and any other additional duties depending on the country are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you would like to return your order for any reason, we are here to help! Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of your order and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Please consider the following exceptions that apply to our returns and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have their labels and be in their original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

​Returns must be made in their original condition (packaging, unworn, unwashed product, labels still attached to the product, accessories) and must be declared via our dedicated platform: Retours.lescocottespimptonstyle.fr

For orders in mainland France, a prepaid return label will be sent to the customer so that they can return the item(s) that do not suit them. A flat rate of €5.90, linked to the postage of this return, will be deducted from the reimbursement of the products.

For orders outside mainland France, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package, accompanied by the return slip, will be sent to the following address:

The company Les Cocottes Pimp Ton Style does not cover any customs fees. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company Les Cocottes Pimp Ton Style will reimburse the sums paid, within a few days following receipt of your package. Les Cocottes Pimp Ton Style will make the reimbursement using the same payment method as that which was used to pay for the order.
