Validate my order

When your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of the parts you have ordered. Don't forget to check your spam if you don't receive this email 😉

You can also find your order by logging into your account. To do this, go to our website, click on the “ My Account ” icon at the top right of our home page, enter your email address and password, click on “Connect”. Your order history is present in the “My orders” section.

My basket was emptied without me being able to validate it

We apologize and understand your disappointment!

Putting items in your basket does not decrement our stocks electronically, it is the payment that does.

We are well aware that this can sometimes be frustrating, but if the shopping cart decreases our stocks, this could cause shortages much more quickly and therefore even more frustration.

We are gradually working to increase the quantities we offer, which will allow us to fulfill a greater number of orders.

Modify or cancel my order

Once your order has been validated, you can in principle no longer modify or cancel it.
